Returns and Refunds

At KureSe we carefully select high-quality suppliers aiming to offer the highest level of satisfaction to our clients, and to keep the return rate of the products to a minimum, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a non-conforming product will not end up in your hands, or that you will not regret a purchase, and for these reasons, we are prepared to deal with returns.


If for any reason you want to return an item, the first step is to contact us at info@kurese.com, informing your order number and explaining you want to return a product. If it has a defect or if it is not in accordance with the product you ordered at our shop (like a wrong specification), you need to inform this in the email.

As we work with different suppliers, we have to check its procedures and then we will let you know how to proceed to return your product.
We usually answer emails in less than 2 business days.


Right to withdrawal (Cooling-off period)

KureSe offers you an additional 15 days to the legal withdrawal period, so you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to withdraw, without providing any justification.

To use this right, the conditions are:

  • the product should be unused and undamaged.
  • all original labels must be included and undamaged.
  • All items that came with the product must be included and undamaged (chargers, manuals, cables, miscellaneous accessories, etc).
  • the product must be in its original undamaged packaging.

If you exercise your right to withdraw, the costs and responsibility for returning the product within the required conditions, unless previously agreed with KureSe, will be your responsibility. We suggest you to track your package, as well take pictures of the product and packaging before handing it over to the carrier.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them. E.g.: essential oils, parfums, sprays, supplements;
  • perishable or short-shelf life products. E.g.: food;
  • digital content. E.g.: e-books;

2-years guarantee

According to the European Directive 2019/771, you are entitled to a 2-years guarantee, so in case you order a product at KureSe and it presents any defect, contact us at info@kurese.com informing your order number and the defect the product is presenting. We are going to contact our suppliers, ask you for more information if required, and then will let you know the procedures to have the product repaired or replaced. We usually answer emails in less than 2 business days.


Refunds or replacements

After you have contacted us, and received our answer containing the returning instructions, informing how and to which address you should return the product, as soon as us or the supplier receives the package and confirms that the return conditions are met, the refund or replacement process will start. For refunds, in general it takes 5 to 7 business days to have the money back in your original payment method.


Shipping costs for returns

If you exercise your right to withdraw, the costs and responsibility for returning the product within the required conditions will be your responsibility. 


For the other conditions, the majority of our suppliers cover the return costs, but a few cover it partially. Anyway, it’s always required to wait for our email containing the detailed instructions on how to return a product.


Regardless of who is responsible for the return, we strongly recommend that you keep the return receipt provided by the carrier and if possible take photos of the product and package before handing it over to the carrier.
